Product roadmap
Everything we have shipped, everything we are working on and everything queued behind it. Updated as work lands, not as a wishlist.

Phase 0 - Foundation
Everything that has to be true before we tell anyone the site exists.
- Social preview imagesP0In progress
A shared team report renders as a bare link today. Sharing is the growth engine, so this blocks launch.
- Own domain and redirectsP0Planned
Move to the chosen brand, with redirects and canonicals that follow.
- Graceful handling when FPL is downShipped
Upstream calls time out rather than hang, retry once, and fall back to cached data. The live view says the feed is down instead of loading forever.
- Tests for the scoring modelsShipped
35 tests covering the bonus rules, automatic substitutions, price verdicts and defensive thresholds. The bonus tie cases come from real settled fixtures.
- Page weight budgetP1In progress
Pages were shipping up to 850 KB of player JSON. The fixture ticker is down to 65 KB and the rest are trimmed, but the player list still sends the whole pool to the browser.
- Accessibility passP1In progress
Keyboard focus is visible again and every page has one real heading. Colour contrast, screen-reader flow and the mobile menu still need a proper audit.
- Search Console and privacy-first analyticsP1Planned
Learn what people search for and land on, without tracking anybody.
- Error monitoring in productionP1Planned
Hear about a broken page from a report, not from a user.
- Continuous integrationP2Planned
Typecheck, lint and tests on every push, so the branch is always deployable.
Phase 1 - The Labs
Turn the analysis into decisions: who to captain, who to sell, when to play a chip.
- Captain LabShipped
Your armband options ranked on form, minutes, underlying numbers and the next two fixtures.
Open /team/template → - Transfer LabShipped
Your weakest starters, the affordable upgrades, and the reason for each move.
Open /team/template → - Differential FinderShipped
Low ownership filtered by quality first, with the reason spelled out on every card and the template it is measured against.
Open /differentials → - Chip strategy trackerShipped
Which chips you have left, the window each falls in, and how many managers have already spent theirs. An unused chip does not roll into the second half.
Open /team/template → - Fixture model v2In progress
The ticker now marks fixtures where the opponent rates differently at that venue. FPL's attack and defence splits read zero this season, so the finer goals-based read waits until clubs have played enough matches at each venue.
- Share flow for team reportsPlanned
A report worth sending to a group chat, and a way to send it in one tap.
Phase 2 - Insights
Pages worth finding in search, built from data rather than filler.
- Gameweek captain guidesPlanned
The captaincy case each week, argued from the numbers.
- Position hubsShipped
Every position ranked five ways, with the enablers who free money up and the premiums that spend it.
Open /positions/forwards → - Club pagesShipped
One page per club: the run ahead, goals scored and conceded home and away, who to own and who is flagged.
Open /clubs/arsenal → - Set-piece hubShipped
Who takes the penalties, free kicks and corners at every club, first choice first.
Open /set-pieces → - Curated comparison pagesShipped
Eighty head-to-heads on their own URLs, picked as two well-owned players in the same position at a similar price. Not all 212,000 possible pairs.
Open /compare → - Gameweek archiveShipped
A page per round that turns into a permanent record: the average, the highest, the chips the field spent and who actually delivered.
Open /gameweek/1 →
Phase 3 - Ask the data
Plain language over numbers we already hold, never numbers we invent.
- Ask about your squadPlanned
Questions answered from your own data.
- Written reads on players and transfersPlanned
A paragraph explaining what the figures mean. It explains numbers we computed; it never produces one of its own.
Phase 4 - Rivalries
The part of FPL that is actually about other people.
- Mini-league insightsIn progress
The live feed already shows how much of your league owns each scorer. Template overlap and where the league will be won are still to come.
- Effective ownershipPlanned
Ownership weighted by captaincy, the number that decides whether a haul actually moved you.
- Deadline remindersPlanned
A nudge before the deadline, for people who would rather not lose points to one.

The fastest way to shape this roadmap is to use the thing. Run your squad through the analyser and tell us what was missing.
Analyse my teamData note: Dates on planned work are intentions, not commitments — items move when the data or the Gameweek calendar says they should. Shipped items are live on this site right now.
